Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions
The following Terms and Conditions form an integral part of all purchase agreements. Any terms or conditions of the Client that conflict with or deviate from these Terms shall not be recognized unless expressly confirmed in writing by GLOBAL STOCKS.
2. Offers, Orders, and Contracts
All offers are subject to confirmation and availability, and remain valid only until the goods are sold. A contract becomes legally binding only upon our written confirmation of the order.
GLOBAL STOCKS operates as a reseller of goods originating from order cancellations, bankruptcies, liquidations, overproduction, end-of-season stock, abandoned containers, barter transactions, and similar sources.
All product labeling has been applied with the authorization of the respective brand owners. Buyers are responsible for ensuring, prior to purchase, that the importation and resale of any products do not infringe upon trademarks, copyrights, registered brand rights, or any other applicable laws or regulations.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are quoted on an EXW or FOB basis, excluding VAT, unless otherwise specified. Prices may be stated in EUR, USD, or GBP, unless otherwise agreed.
While we strive to honor all quoted prices, we reserve the right to adjust prices due to exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to changes in manufacturer pricing or currency fluctuations. If a price increase exceeds 10%, the Customer has the right to cancel the sales contract.
All invoices must be paid in full prior to delivery. We reserve the right to refuse certain payment methods at our discretion. Payment shall only be considered completed once the full amount has been credited to the account of GLOBAL STOCKS.
4. Transfer of Risk
Unless otherwise agreed, all goods are transported at the Customer's risk and expense. This also applies to returned goods.
Risk transfers to the Customer once the goods are handed over to the forwarder or carrier, including in cases of partial delivery. If shipment is delayed at the Customer's request, the risk transfers once the Customer has been notified that the goods are ready for dispatch.
5. Retention of Title
Ownership of the goods shall remain with GLOBAL STOCKS until all payments, including any additional costs or compensation, have been fully settled.
The Customer is not entitled to pledge, assign, or transfer ownership of the goods to third parties as collateral prior to full payment.
6. Google Ads and Google Analytics
Our website and/or application uses Google Ads and Google Analytics, services provided by Google Inc. ("Google"), to analyze user behavior and improve our advertising strategies.
Data Collection and Use
By using our website/app, you consent to the use of Google Ads for personalized advertising and Google Analytics for analyzing user interactions. Data collected may include device type, browser information, IP address, and usage behavior.
Legal Basis
Processing of this data is based on your explicit consent, which is requested upon your first visit.

7. Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)
Our application uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), a service provided by Google, to send notifications.
Purpose and Data Collection
FCM collects data such as device identifiers, IP addresses, and message-related metadata for notification delivery.
Consent and Opt-Out
Your consent will be requested before sending notifications. You may opt out at any time via your device or application settings.
Data Protection
All data collected through FCM is handled confidentially and in compliance with GDPR requirements.
8. User Consent
By using our website and/or application, you consent to the data practices described in these Terms.
