Consisting of 11 x 9810 kW Power Plants
This Quotation is for the supply of a Brand New "ARUN" Power Station:
1 x 107 MW Power Station consisting of 11 X 9810 kW WARTSILA W20V32. Fuel HFO/Diesel. Rated at 9810 kw, 50 hz, 750 rpm, 11kV Alternator. These generating sets can run either on diesel or Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO).
Scope of Supply:
The Power Station will be supplied as a turn key package including the following:
Supply to site unit and accessories in addition to building roof truss together with overhead crane.
Supervision of installation for a period of one month after the site is ready.
Commissioning and training will be carried out at site for a period of one month.

B. Generator
Design: The stator frame is a rigid, welded steel structure, construction. The stator core Is built of thin electric sheet steel laminations which are Insulated on both sides with heat-resistant inorganic resin. The radial cooling ducts in the stator core ensure uniform and effective cooling of the stator.
The rotor consists of a forged steel shaft, a hub and sheet steel poles fixed on the hub. The pole laminations are pressed together with steel bars fixed to the end plates. The windings, epoxy resin impregnated, are provided with very strong bracing which withstand all expected mechanical and electrical shocks and vibrations.
The alternator is self-ventilated and needs no external forced air flow.
The surrounding air is used for cooling. The cooling air Is drawn in through air filters and blown out to the surrounding environment.

Terms and Conditions
Delivery 6 months from receipt of L/C
Payment 5% into escrow to reserve / 45% with contract signing /
50% by confirmed irrevocable transferable letter of credit payable in euros at sight against shipping documents.
Part shipments to be allowed.

Warranty Standard Factory Warranty:
The warranty period with respect to the Equipment ends after twenty four (24) months from the date of the performance test certificate or eighteen (30) months from the date of the delivery, whichever first occurs.
