(OEM Rebuilt "As New" Condition) – Two Siemens Westinghouse 701DU Gas Turbine Power Units (256 MW Total)
These us an exceptional opportunity for the acquisition of two Siemens Energy Westinghouse 701DU gas turbine power units, together with selected balance of plant equipment. These units represent a rare opportunity to secure high capacity, utility grade generation assets in rebuilt “as new” condition, supported by Siemens and suitable for immediate integration into new or existing power infrastructure.
FOR INFO: The 701DU and the Fiat TG50D5 are the same Westinghouse designed turbine platform. Fiat Avio manufactured it under license, and Siemens is now the OEM after acquiring Westinghouse’s turbine division.
The two Siemens turbines were manufactured in 2012 and each unit delivers a nominal capacity of 128 MW, providing a combined installed capacity of 256 MW. Both units have undergone a complete Siemens supervised rebuild process, restoring them to “as new” condition in accordance with OEM standards. This includes full disassembly, component level refurbishment, replacement of life limited parts, and reassembly under Siemens quality protocols. The result is a pair of machines that meet the same performance, reliability, and operational expectations as newly manufactured equipment, without the lead times or cost structure associated with new production.
NB: The replacement cost for an equivalent power plant package in 2026 exceeds € 320 Million EUR (three hundred and fifty million euros), with current OEM production requiring a seventy five percent advance deposit and an estimated delivery timeline extending into 2032. In light of these market realities, we kindly request that our already negotiated offer be respected, as it reflects exceptional value and has been structured to provide you with the most competitive pricing available under present global supply and manufacturing conditions.
Our Negotiated Price Offer is set at: € 36 Million EUR per unit, or € 71 Million EUR for both units.
This pricing reflects the current market value of fully rebuilt 701DU class turbines and includes the associated balance of plant equipment as outlined in the attached documentation. Additional technical information, operating data, inspection records, and supporting documentation can be provided upon request. We can also arrange a direct technical call with Siemens to confirm the rebuild status, the scope of work performed, and the certification that these units are not refurbished in the conventional sense but rebuilt to OEM “as new” condition.
